With the time i have worked at the hungry caterpillars day nursery it has been a pleasure and the team itself has been so supportive alongside the management. It felt like home and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. With Hungry Caterpillar Day Nursery, they allow you to have access to many courses we could do online to support us within the work role which was a huge benefit within specific areas.

I have worked at hungry caterpillars for nearly 3 years now. I have been to a few different branches and each are very welcoming and friendly and is willing to support you. High Wycombe are by far my favourite as I work there, everyone is friendly, there is lots of opportunities to progress in career and just passing my level 3 it has been amazing, the experience and working with children which is my pride, I like to see all of the progress and grow their wings to school. Thank you!

I am very happy at my nursery site. my managers are very supportive of staff and are always there to help. I started my journey working in toddlers room as a practitioner with my hard work and experience I was offered room leader role. the staff are appreciated and rewarded in different ways to boost confidence. The rest of the staff members are nice. The best part of my experience is that everyone respect each other. I love my work 🙂

Hungry caterpillars creates a real family feel to their nurseries and is a pleasure to be a part of the company. The potential in staff is always recognized and they are always given opportunities to develop their career. It really is a company where you can start from the bottom and work your way up to where you want to be. I started as a practitioner almost 3 years ago and I am now a nursery manager.
