Our staff are excellent role models who genuinely care about your child’s individual needs. We encourage children to engage in unique activities and learn through the use of natural resources, fostering an environment of awe and wonder driven by their own curiosity. In addition to our daily activities, we offer weekly sports sessions that the children thoroughly enjoy, promoting physical health, teamwork, and fun. We also provide fresh, nutritious meals cooked daily by our on-site chef. Our team is caring, passionate, and experienced, working together to prepare your child for school and help them reach their full potential.

Holly Weston
My name is Holly and I have been working for Hungry Caterpillars for over 8 years. I started my journey at the age of 16 as an apprentice. During my apprenticeship, I was able to gain my NVQ level 2 and 3 qualifications, whilst learning through theory I was also able to gain practical hands-on experiences with children ageing from 3 months to 5 years.

At the age of 16 coming into my first working environment was very daunting but Hungry Caterpillars supported and encouraged me to pursue my dreams as a childcare practitioner. The company then recognised my knowledge, skill and practice and encouraged me to take the next steps of becoming a Deputy Manager.
During my deputy role, I was supported and given many opportunities to attend training to develop my management skills, including leadership and management. Due to the consistent and ongoing support from Hungry Caterpillars, I have now been able to pursue my dream job as Nursery Manager at Acton park, without their support and commitment I would not have been able to flourish and grow into my management role.
I see Hungry Caterpillars as my second family and wouldn’t stand where I am today without them.
