15 hours of funded childcare increases to 30 hours in September 2025
From September 2025, all eligible working parents of children aged 9 months up to 3-years-old can access 30 hours funded childcare per week for 38 weeks of the year. This is wonderful news for our families meaning that children can access more nursery education and achieve better value for money. Apply for your code between 15th June to 31st July. Government funded childcare schemes for 2025
Funded childcare is the government’s way of helping with childcare costs for parents. At our nurseries, we offer funded childcare spaces stretched throughout the year to offer consistency for children and families.
There are multiple government funded childcare schemes that offer funded childcare for children aged 9 months – 4 years old. Each of the funded childcare schemes has different eligibility rules so we have broken down the information in the buttons above.
Fully funded placements are offered and are subject to availability. Please speak to your preferred nursery’s manager for further information.
Follow these 6 simple steps to claim your funded childcare
Step 1: Find your nearest nursery
Browse our nursery locations to find your nearest setting offering funded childcare and book a tour today.
Step 2: Check your eligibility
Visit childcarechoices.gov.uk to find out more about government childcare support and check your eligibility.
Step 3: Submit a funding code to us
Once registered at one of our nurseries, submit your government funding code.
Step 4: Confirmation of your code
You will receive a notification acknowledging the receipt of your code (we will contact you if your code is not valid).
Step 5: Complete declaration through funding loop
At the start of the funded term, you will receive an email with a link to complete the declaration. This is so we can claim your funding through the local authority – they require a new form to be completed each term.
Step 6: Renew your code every 3 months
Your code will expire every 3 months. You must renew this to receive your funding each term. Your permanent code does not change.
