We’re Shortlisted! Northolt Nursery Celebrates Recognition at the Nursery World Awards 2024
We’ve got some BIG news to share with all our Northolt Nursery family! Our nursery has been shortlisted for the Working with Babies and Toddlers Award at the Nursery World Awards 2024! Can you believe it? We’re still pinching ourselves!
This is such an incredible moment for our team, and we just had to share it with you. Being shortlisted for this prestigious award means so much to us because it reflects all the love, care, and dedication we put into creating a nurturing environment for our littlest learners every single day.
Why This Award Means the World to Us
For those of you who might not know, the Nursery World Awards are a pretty big deal in the early years’ world. They celebrate excellence in childcare and highlight the amazing work being done across the UK. So, just getting shortlisted is already a huge achievement!
The Working with Babies and Toddlers category is particularly special because it recognises teams like ours who go above and beyond for our tiniest caterpillars. This age is so crucial for development, and we pour our hearts into creating a safe, stimulating, and loving space where every little one can thrive.
A Shoutout to Our Amazing Team
We have to take a moment to give a massive shoutout to our incredible staff. Every single one of them puts so much passion and energy into what they do. From cuddles and comfort during those first wobbly steps, to encouraging exploration through sensory play, our team is committed to making sure our babies and toddlers feel loved, confident, and ready to take on the world (one little step at a time!).
You parents are probably nodding along, right? You’ve seen it firsthand—the connection our team builds with each child, and the personalised care that helps them blossom.

To all the parents and families who trust us with your little ones every day, THANK YOU! Your support and belief in what we do makes everything possible. Whether it’s waving goodbye with a smile (or a tear!) in the morning, or sharing stories about your child’s day at pickup, your involvement is what keeps us going.
We couldn’t have made it to this stage without you cheering us on and being part of our Northolt Nursery community.
What’s Next?
So, what happens now? We’re heading to the awards ceremony later in the year, and we’ll be keeping everything crossed until then. Whether we take home the trophy or not, we’re already feeling like winners just being recognised alongside so many other inspiring nurseries.
