Our Stanmore Pre-school is perfectly located in the grounds of Stanburn Primary School and offers sessional care, term time for children aged 2 years to 5 years. The pre-school has been designed with each child’s interests at heart and the close links with the school, allow shared access to additional facilities and an easy transition for those children who will be moving on to the school after pre-school. We also run a breakfast and lunch club for those parents that need an extended day.
Outdoor learning is encouraged at every opportunity and our children love their regular Forest School sessions which includes, nature walks, growing vegetables and cooking in our mud kitchen. The children also have the opportunity to visit the school’s extensive play areas and we particularly love our weekly sessions in their nature area which includes a pond full of wildlife. Children also enjoy weekly French lessons, musical movement sessions and local outings which broaden the children’s view on the world.
Our dedicated staff team have wealth of knowledge and experience in early years. Each staff member works closely with each family from day one to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved.
Come and visit us, we would love to show you around!

Working with children has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember as I have always enjoyed seeing children grow into confident and happy individuals by the time they make the transition to school. With my team and the families working together, we at Stanburn can ensure all children are provided with lots of play and learning opportunities to give them the best possible start in life. I would love to welcome you to our nursery and show you what we can do to support you and your children at Stanburn.
Fantastic nursery both of my little ones started when they were 6 months old and the dedication shown by the all the staff has been brilliant they have treated my babies as if they were their own.
From the Uxbridge Road take a right turn into Old Church Lane and continue as the road turns into Abercorn Road further along. Once in Abercorn Road we are on the right within the grounds of Stanburn Primary School. Our entrance is the first gate, separate to the school entrance and is clearly marked. There is road side parking.
