Apprenticeship Scheme of the Year 2022 and Nursery Room Leader!

We are extremely happy to announce that at the NMT Awards 2022 we won 2 awards!

After entering multiple categories, and making it to finalists for 4 of them, winning 2 awards was an amazing outcome.

Apprenticeship Scheme of the Year:

We are proud of our apprenticeship scheme and the impact it has and is having on our nurseries and our learners. It has always been important to Olivia, the director, to offer apprenticeships to young people as a way to put back into the workforce and the industry that has been her lifelong career. However, the recent impact of Covid, Brexit and challenges in recruiting and retaining staff has made our scheme our plan for ‘growing our own’ and the future early year’s workforce.

Nursery Room Leader 2022:

We would like to say a massive well done to Nancy Walker (our Room Leader at Academy Gardens) who won this fantastic award. After entering and making it to a finalist a few years prior, we are so happy for her that she has now managed to get the win that she deserves. Congratulations Nancy!
