Hungry Caterpillar Steering Group

We are passionate about listening to what our team members have to say about how we can develop and drive our Organisation to further excellence and for each and everyone of our team to invest in our vision and future. With the support of our Operations Manager, Chris Roblett we now have a dedicated group of team members known as ‘ambassadors’ have become the voice of their colleagues across our Head Office and Nurseries and everything shared to them shall be raised at each of our Steering Group meetings and then discussed at senior management level. “This is an exciting time for us with so many new initiatives happening across our Company.
