I have read the following points and accept these terms & conditions
• I understand that for the offer to be valid I must complete this form prior to the new team member starting with Hungry Caterpillars.
• I understand that this offer is not valid for applicants who have applied through a recruitment agency.
• I understand that the £500 offer is only valid on Level 3 Practitioner roles and above. For part time roles this will be reduced to £250.
• I understand that I will receive my reward in two instalments via my pay cheque (Tax & NI will apply). £200 the month the new team member starts with Hungry Caterpillars and the other £300 after they have passed their 6 month probation period.
• I understand that if the new team member does not start with Hungry Caterpillars, the offer will no longer be valid.
• Referral offer is not valid on bank staff positions with zero hour contracts.
