We were extremely overwhelmed and proud to have been awarded WINNERS of the Nursery Group & Nursery Employer Awards for 2017!

Nursery Group of the Year Award

The judges chose Hungry Caterpillar Day Nurseries because they demonstrated that the child is at the centre of everything they do. They showed significant support for their children’s learning and development, as well as the staff’s. They have strong engagement with staff and recognise each individual’s needs, for example: in house awards, robust induction and strong staff development processes.

Nursery Employer of the Year Award

The judges chose Hungry Caterpillar Day Nurseries because of their absolute commitment to hearing the needs of the individual, from regular surveys to steering groups and well-led mentor programmes. Everyone has a voice.
