We have launched our new ‘Future and Developing Leaders Program’ in 2019. The aim of the program is to support and develop team members who are new to management and/or have the potential and passion to become our leaders and managers of the future.
The course, which was open to all team members at Hungry Caterpillars, had a lot of amazing applicants but unfortuenlty the course only had 12 spaces available. So from the many became the few and we had our first 12 ranging from Managers to Deputies to Practitioners.
Olivia Foley, our Director has developed the program plan and content in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team, Managers and external training partners. “I’m so excited to be rolling out this program and supporting my fantastic team to develop to their full potential. Growing talent in house has always been the aim of Hungry Caterpillars. We deliver five in house training days per year to our whole team across all our nurseries and have seen the impact these days have on upskilling staff and delivering great outcomes for children. This program is just the next, exciting, stage in our training and development strategy”
